Our eyeglass lenses and coatings are leaders in the industry, designed to give you crisp, clear vision. All lenses carry a one-time replacement guarantee valid for one year from your purchase date for:
Not covered: Accidents (stepping or sitting on glasses, pet damage, extreme heat) or improper care/handling.
Important: Personal repairs or alterations by you or a third party, including the use of glue, may void your warranty.
Occasionally, patients may find it difficult to adapt to a new prescription. If your optometrist confirms a prescription change is needed, we offer a one-time, no-charge lens replacement within 30 days of purchase.
If your new lenses are not performing to your satisfaction within 30 days, we offer a one-time lens change to a design of equal value. Upgrades to higher-value lenses are available at your cost.
To help ensure your eyewear is produced quickly and accurately, all orders are sent to an automated system at our lens vendor. Once your order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible.
