We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call with at least a 24-hour notice.
If you do not show up to the office for your appointment, it will be documented as a “No-Show” appointment, and a $60.00 No-Show Fee will be applied to your account.
